CVC Resistive Evaporator Return to Equipment Listing

The CVC resistive evaporator is located in the larger class 100 clean room. It has two filaments capable of typical evaporation processes requiring temperatures less than 1200^oC, such as aluminum. An operator can load the system with two different materials for evaporation, which can then be deposited separately in a single operation.
